I was amazed at the cost as were others when I mentioned what was being done. Nice customer service but the text notifications need work. Texts say I was getting car back on 2/4 but got it returned on ****/28.

I was surprised my car was not ready when I returned from my 10 day trip!!It did take 13 days to complete!! Eric was very communicative with me though. However, the quality of the painting and repair is exceptional and I am very pleased. Thanks!!

Your promised date of car delivery was not accurate. It was very aggravating to to recieve the text from suburban to inform us that the car delivery date is changed specially when you had returned the rental car expecting to have our car back and this happened more then one time during the same accident. If you can work on time management that will be really helpful...
