The customer service portion of the experience wasn't great and could be improved on. Remembering that your customers mostly aren't there by choice and that we don't deal with these situations daily would be a start in better service. The body work looks good at first glance, but the lack of attention to detail in reinstalling my Jeep's roof concerns me in what else might have been skipped.
