After week plus delay due to technician’s mishandling of vehicle (damaged by weather due to not securing hood allowing additional/new damage to occur), discovered scuff mark on new front fascia trim and lack of paint/clear coat on area of driver door near fender ( both areas were part of original damage area and should have been reviewed by technician prior to customer pick up to ensure all was photos. Now I’m having to wait for new part and just a touch up was done on paint which means potential future rust area. I felt I had no other choice but to take it as is as I’d already been without the vehicle for over a month. I did appreciate the person trying to do his best to fix the situation but he shouldn’t have had to be in that position to begin with.
There was a long delay before repairs could be started due to be unable to obtain the correct side mirror. Once the correct mirror was in hand, **** did a great job getting my car repairs completed ahead of schedule. For the quality of work that was done, I can live with the initial delay. I’d happily take my car back there again for repairs.
Appreciated the text messages on the progress of repair.
Issue was the wait time, Almost 2 weeks to repair a tire. Also slow customer service. Don't think I would recommend repair service to anyone.

When it first when in got updates - at end NO UPDATES went in to pick up - phone call stated would be ready went in not ready no call - wasted my time bringing someone to drive it - was told would get call on Monday to say done - did not get call AGAIN

The Body Shop individuals I felt with were great. I was a little disappointed with the amount of time my car was in the shop which came out to almost 12 weeks. The loner car was a bonus but I did have to pay for a chipped windshield which I thought was a little much and considering the timeframe wished they would have worked with me or considered waiving my deductible.
The work done was outstanding. Every person was helpful, keeping us informed of progress. The car looks even better than expected. Thank you **** people.

Took longer than expected. Never heard from collision shop. Received a text that repairs were complete on 12/16/16, but never received a call. Arrived at dealership to check, was advised that vehicle was not repaired and would not be completed until at least another week.
Prior to taking on, I had to take vehicle to shop to inspect damage in order for them to order parts. Had to wait 10 days for repair appointment. Not happy at all with dealership communication; there was none.
