It was very difficult to get updates. The phones were on a continuous loop and no one picked up on Monday. And there is oil or something on my side view mirror which made it very hard to see out of it. :( My previous experiences were better.

Everyone I came in contact with at Fox except the lady that cashed me out was incredibly friendly and attentive. The knowledge the employees have is definitely obvious and they certainly care about the customers. I appreciate the work and service done on my vehicle and will return in the future if I need to have other work completed.

On Thursday 10-5-17, we we were told our car was done. We get there around 5pm and to see damage still done to our vehicle even damages that were not there when we dropped off the car to them like the rocker panel had tons of paint chip off in the inside of the car when the accident wasn’t in the inside. There was never no paint touched underneath of the car along with our window was never touched that was shoved back and the bumper that was also part of the accident along with part of the decal when they should have been removed as the place we are having the decal done at is putting a new one on. So we never signed the papers and left very upset as they had our car for 2 weeks. The communication was very piss Poor to where my husband and I had to constantly call to see how far our car has came as nobody called us at all! Then I got told today by Terry that our car was done and I asked him if everything was fixed on it and he assured me it was. So we get there today 10-9-17 around 5:30pm and everything looked great until we opened up our door again and happen to notice paint chip off in 3 different spots that was not there on Thurs the 5th when one of the other guys took pics of our car to show Terry what was wrong with the car! This should not be happening right now! This will be the 3rd time we had to drive an hr away and waste our gas and getting out of work early for damages that weren’t even part of the accident! It’s pure negligence on their part of damaging my vehicle even more when we paid **** good money for that car and still paying on it for another 4 yrs along with putting over $****,000 into the decals and rims in the last yr getting our car to look the way we want it along with it never seeing MI winter as it’s always stored from Nov to April every yr! We took the car today and we are bringing it back in on Thursday 10-11-17 to have the new damages fixed and we did talk to a guy named Robert about it and he did take pics of the new damages that occurred since Thurs 10-5-17 so he was going to address it to Terry first thing tomorrow morning 10-10-17. I don’t think we will ever do business there ever again as this just showed us that your company is no different than any of the small companies around us! If I wanted a **** job done on my car that I bought brand new 2 yrs ago with only 5 miles on it and right now only has over 35,000 miles on it never seeing winter, then I surely would have had a company from my hometown doing it since we live an hr away from your company!!!! I would appreciate if someone could call us at (616)-835-6633 to discuss all of this would be nice!

All of the staff were extremely nice and went out of their way for anything I needed. It was amazing to just do one stop and everything was taken care of at FOX froM the estimate of damage, body shop and car rental. My repair was finished before the date promised and they took car of returning my rental car. HIGHLY Recommend FOX. THANK YOU!!!

The repair was done very nicely, but my car was returned to me with the airbag light on. This was not on when I dropped it off. I feel as if this is something that should have been checked before my car was returned.

There are new scratches and dents on my car. The new part paint does not match the original coat. I called and left two messages at the collision center, and have not received a call back after two days. I have exchanged emails with Dave Howell, who has been helpful, but have not heard back to schedule anything.
