When Dads found that my vehicle was a total loss Chauncie called me to sat that I needed to get my vehicle towed out of the shop because I didn't have enough insurance coverage with Geico to have them tow it so it's incurring storage fees of $60/day. I told her I did not know that I needed to do this and I don't even have Geico as my insurance and asked more clarifying questions about when I needed to do this by, how much fees it incurred to date, etc. This caused me a lot of stress and later, PJ from Geico helped to resolve this situation. In the end, I wish she had not made like it was my responsibility but I guess since it was my van, I was the one to handle this and not the other drivers insurance company which was Geico.

I was extremely satisfied with the process of my repair keeping informed every step of the way. I hope to continue future repairs if necessary but sadly I only have one problem and that is the warranty that I have on my car does not allow me to use other places such as yourself to work on my vehicle without me losing my warranty.
