very good customer service; however, there were a few technical processes that were incomplete, e.g., missing crews, unattached snap on tight up the front grill with fender, front pumper pain is not perfect/not smooth, and on the right side has minor scratch that will cause later strip out the pain and plastic. The service man said that if it's defective, I can bring my car back for fix under warranty.

Troy is an exceptional communicator and very professional! From beginning to end, he walked me through everything, as I was unaware of the process. Troy kept his to call me each time to update me if and when there was an issue, and he delivered each.— which is priceless in my book. He is truly a man of his word. Yes, I am very satisfied with the delivery of my car. It drives nice with no issues that I can see. The mechanics did a very very good job! Thank you! Troy is a very good listener, which is priceless. If I I ever have anyone in need of collision service, I will definitely recommend Troy and Lindsay Collision Center. You are the best! We had to leave our car there for a month for a relatively simple repair. A lot of it was insurance slowness but we were not kept informed of the status and it was difficult to get information.

Wonderful experience even though I had an accident and no car rental coverage! We have always had 2 cars and could always use the 2nd car if one was out commission. This time we had 2 collisions and had no car. In hindsight, it would have been a lot cheaper to use Ubers to get around!! Your collision place was within 2 miles of our house. Thanks a lot to Connor,too!!
