My repairs were done on time the rental car was ready for me when I came to put up my car. I didn’t have to return it they worked it out with enterprise made the whole process seem less

We were never advised to remove the plates from my car when we retrieved our belongings from a car that was deemed a total loss. The average person doesn’t think about removing the car plates after a car accident. Now I’m trying to track down the plates and have to get them mailed to me. You do this for a living, I don’t.

I thought the scratches on the quarter panel would be an quick repair job, but Frank explained why certain things needed to be done to ensure that other issues, such as paint peeling, doesn't happen over time. Everything that was done was to ensure that the job would be done right.
