The car was delivered to me and when I checked the rug on the drivers side, it was still damp. The gentlemen that dropped it off did not wait for me to look at it and had left by the time I turned around. I used the heater in the car to dry it out and hopefully will not have any leak issues in the future.Other than that, I have been satisfied with V&F auto.

It was an outstanding experience with V&F Autobody! I value my interactions with both Nancy and Lisa including Lisa or V&F Autobody communicating with Enterprise about needing a rental car and had such an incredible experience with Ms. Jessica Kean Branch Manager from Enterprise Rental car. I have been meaning to leave positive feedback for Jess at Enterprise too. V&F Autobody went above and beyond my expectations documenting all that was done and still to be done in the future. The polishing of car when returned to me was quite astonishing as vehicle had a mirror like finish truly sparkling for the work done including headlights polished at no additional charge as it was included in overall polishing of vehicle. The back bumper really outstanding job! Color match and fit. The front alignment fix done on I felt more stable driving my car after rear end hit and run. I very much look forward to returning to V&F Autobody in Metuchen when Driver’s Side Seat Belt and mechanism is available from National Backorder and plan on reaching out to Jess in Enterprise again for rental car to give V&F time and space to do that repair. I will say my impression of V&F Autobody in Metuchen is I would absolutely bring my car to them after this Car Insurance repair for any non-Car Insurance Autobody work evaluation.
