I called to schedule my appointment, spoke with two people and when I came in I wasn’t on the schedule. They accomadated it but it was not a great feeling given that I had to make my own accomadations for the car rental, work schedule, etc. Then I was told that someone would contact me the following date to let me know how long it would take, no one called. I called the day after and they told me my car will be done the NEXT day. Here again, a lack of communication. I made pre arrangements to come pick up my car at 730 with Walt and I come to pick up my car and it’s NOT done.

I judge my comment by the quality of work performed under the circumstances. I believe that Abra did a superior job. I know that insurance companies continuedly bring up issues and unforeseen issues arises that extend repair time. Keeping the customer up to date is imperative.

I Love this shop! They treat me like royalty, go above and beyond the work order, have a clean bathroom, and have filtered water available on a hot day! In addition, they call me a rental car, help me set the radio dials and then finish my car a day earlier with a perfect job on my car ( named Goldie who now gleams)
