Went to this place because it was referred by Infiniti. Submitted a request for an estimate via the email listed on their website before the insurance provide their estimate and never heard back. Finally took my car in with my estimate and they used that to base the amount they would charge and told me they would probably have to charge more for certain work. Kept my car for 5 days when they said it would take 3. When my car was ready, they spung on me that they were going to charge an additional $550, but hadn't submitted the additional expenses to the insurance until that day. I had to pay over $****,000 to get my car that day and have to wait for the insurance to reimburse me the additional money. The person I worked with, Patricio, didn't seem to know what was going on with my car the few times I talked with him and when I told him how upset I was about the additional surprise expense, he said the only person who could allow an exception to this, the manager, was out to lunch. He never bothered to ask the manager prior to me going into their office even though he know how upset I was. He also never went over what they did to the car, he just handed me the paperwork, took my payment and basically booted me out the door. Also, I got one text message saying I would receive updates but never received any updates besides the first one. The work done to the car was done well so kudos to the people working behind the scenes but get better support staff to work with the customers. Extra fees should be submitted to the insurance immediately and not wait until the car is ready to be picked up! Not professional and very poor customer service!

We are very very impressed at the quality work of Loid's Rides. We have used Loid's 3-4 times over the past 5 years and their workmanship & professionalism is "outstanding" every time. Recently we had a new black 2013 BMW 328i that was covered in tree sap that would not wash off with car soap & water. The sap was stuck to the car in many areas. It was literally a mess! When the car was completed by Loid's it was immaculate. The owner, Chris Loidolt, went above & beyond to ensure we would like the finish product. I have a very "picky & ****" wife and his work impressed my wife. The car came out as a "Showroom" new car without a doubt. Not many services have ever past the wife test over the years. We will continue to go to Loid's for all our automotive body repair, paint, & miscellaneous work. THANK YOU LOID'S RIDES....I RECOMMEND LOID'S RIDES WITHOUT A DOUBT.
