The safety sensors and rear camera on the back of the car were not recalibrated during my repairs. This is causing the blind spot and other sensors to function incorrectly. Glen is working to rectify the situation and has the needed work scheduled for next week. I appreciate the follow through to make sure all the repairs get done correctly. I am sure I will be completely satisfied once that is taken care of. Thank you.

I would like to say that J.r.’s Auto Body did a excellent job! Wasn’t even my vehicle but it was my father’s truck. I forget who was working on it. Y’all did a great job and thank you!! Everything was perfect. The repairs were taken care of and the body work looks good. The shop had anticipated about 3 days for completion, and it was exactly that.

The body work was fantastic. I had to call in several times to make sure things were on track then contact the insurance company for JR and the rental company as well several times to spread information for the shop. When I had an issue with getting a rental. I was told “I’m sorry we have exhausted all our options” by the front desk rep there, but when I call the insurance company they were able to get me a rental from a different company in a matter of minutes. I understand how busy everyone is there and overworked probably. But it’s reflecting in customer service.
