Nobody went over the repairs that were done even though when I first went in they very clearly said someone would be out shortly and would go over everything. After 15 minutes of waiting the car was finally brought around and they just handed the keys over. The rear door does not open from the outside even when the doors unlocked. The car has several paint chips that were not there before. Since it was close to closing time they said to just bring it back at Monday.

I have a 2000 Ford Taurus that was in mint condition prior to the tornado that touched down in Lynchburg on April 15th. I had damage done to the passenger side of my car. Once Craft Collision repaired the damage, it is once again in mint condition. They did an awesome job on my car and I cannot thank them enough. My expierence with Craft was wonderful! Travis was awesome and very helpful to my wife and I in the process of getting our car repair.
