Well first off Meredith makes you feel like you want to be there to get any work done on your car second off Todd is very easy to talk to and he explains himself well in my opinion third the gentleman says to the desk to the right of Meredith was very easy to talk to you and then give you a comforting feeling I felt that the work would be fine and satisfactory but I was treated with some respect and I appreciate that very much
