The team at Golden west is the best! We were rear ended on a Monday and by the next Thursday we had the car back good as new! They were able to deal with the rental group and return our car as well. The worst circumstances handled by the best people.

It took 2 months but I know it was about the parts. Everything worked fine and my car was clean when I picked up. There is only one thing: i had to keep calling and asking about my status. If I didnt nobody called and told me there was a delay happening because of parts. So O think you guys can communicate better.

Everyone at Golden West was very nice, very professional. They explained exactly what body work my car needed...then they did it. My husband was very impressed as well. The paint is perfectly blended, the car just looks great.

I'm very disappointed with the repair quality. I need to come back several times to fix some parts what are not installed properly. And there is also a new dent found on the left read door, which I highly doubt was caused during the repair. But just a small dent so that I'm not so willing to get another repair which may need to re-install a lot of things.
