I would highly recommend Crowne to anyone that needed repairs. I can't believe how courteous everyone was from the moment I walked in the door. The wind shield water wasn't replace. I try cleaning my windshield N it was empty. I had difficulty seeing before me. Order than dat everything was ok.

Well the only thing that i didnt like was that maccohad offer me to fix the crash area and also a rust area that is right where the crash is and thinking that you guys would fix it also i didnt bring it up. Noticed that the buble of rust is there.

I felt they were very professional in all their interactions with me. They finished ahead of the initial deadline and called me soon enough to get my car the day before. They also arranged for a rental car to be dropped off for my use.

Crown collision and the Gieco representative Nick Pimento took away all the stress and anxiety that I felt from my accident. The took my car in right away, discussed the process and made me feel at ease. My car came back looking like brand new. The customer service I received was phenomenal and I would highly recommend their business!

Customer sevice was great! My issue is that my muffler was dangling. Perhaps it came loose in the tow. It was not loose when I left my car (prior to tow). @ 30 to weld the muffler back in place. So issue is probably with towing, not you guys.
