Marion & Kevin we’re very poor at communicating the timeline of repairs to my vehicle. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and I would never recommend Associated Collission. I had to make dozens of phone calls and do all the leg work with my insurance company. Marion has zero customer relation skills and had no knowledge of explaining the process of repairs and time frame of such. Kevin wasn’t much better. He did not do hat he said h would do which was bring my vehicle in last Friday no did he return my calls efficiently.

Did not receive adequate or timely updates about repair status. Phone messages and text messages did not comport. Staff did not always follow up per stated schedule. Completion dates were updated at last minute causing significant scheduling challenges. Alternate vehicle accommodations were made and were helpful. Will not recommend business.
