Not only did it take almost two months on my car but when I got it back it had dirty black finger prints all over my cream colored back seats that they covered with my blanket I guess thinking I wouldn’t notice :(

Everything was very well done. The communication was excellent. The only thing that kept me from being completely satisfied was that the passenger front tire (both wheel and tire were replaced) was aired up to 57 psi.

I never formally met the person who was responsible for my account. I saw her in passing when it was time to clean out my totaled car. I was left in the dark up until that point but was never contacted except only thru text... I think her name was liz. Also my adjuster said she didn't help him either. She was always busy when paged. I live far enough for this to be an issue, plus I came during lunch.
