Some minor scratches on screen, rest well done.

Overall I am very happy with the job that was done to replace my windshield and calibrate the LKAS and I would definitely bring my car back in the future. But, I have noticed that the casing around the front-facing camera for the LKAS system comes apart very easily, with road vibration, adjusting the rear view, etc. Also, some of the gaskets around the windshield weren't put back fully but I was able to push them back in place.

Kimberly and the crew did a great job in a very timely manner getting my Yukon back up and like new again. Helped with the insurance needs that go along with a body shop repair. Very clean facility and professional/friendly group to work with. THANKS! Bob

The replacement and install of bumper, grill, and fenders was excellent as was the paint match and finish. For a car that is 12 years old, it looks like new. Great job only one adjustment made

The repair to the damage was perfect and on schedule. Kimberly Friend was the consummate professional. Great and frequent communicator, knowledgeable and quite pleasant to deal with. She returns calls promptly with is a rareity these days. If she was working for me I would be training her for advancement. With all that said, when I went to put something in my trunk I discovered that the little molded panel that covered the electrical gizmos had been removed and not reinstalled. I tried to do it but was unable. This car was being delivered late in the afternoon on Friday before the Memorial Day weekend. They were rushing, at my request, to deliver the car two hours before promised. I had forgotten a commitment of an early evening event a couldn’t miss. I have spent my life in the service business so I consider this business with the trunk cover as much my fault as their’s. You have a well capitalized operation, with great people who follow well thought out procedures.

As I discussed with your staff when I examined my car upon pickup, what appears to be damage to the ceramic pro that I had installed on the car. I explained to Kimberly when I dropped off the car for repair that the layer if ceramic pro is an expensive cost and have to be careful with it when going repair. She assured me they would. This isn't the case. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. The pictures Kimberly took will show no peeling but now I have peeling after being worked on and washed at your facility.
