Would have liked to have received estimates on the body work covered by insurance and estimates on the other stuff I asked for when I dropped the vehicle off. Getting text messages, emails, and voicemails, which provided a count down until pick up was nice, but did not satisfy my curiosity about cost estimates, nor answer my questions about the additional work I had asked for.
