A few problems. One was them getting back to me. I was told they'd call back with windshield price. I had to call back and get my Geico rep to get them to do it. I then asked the cost of replacing the tail light and never found out. Also they quoted $265 for the windshield. **** I paid $300. Picked the car up and the license plates were on the floor. They put them on quickly when asked to but if I hadn't noticed I would be driving with no plates. It would be nice if they'd pay attention to these details. Everyone was very nice.

Repairs were fixed in a mannerable time and I was very pleased to see my car again. Customer service is A1 with the frequent updates through the app and associates calling as well! They missed out on fixing one thing, which I noticed while I was taking my vehicle back. Would have been way happy if that was taken care as well. So better we inspect the vehicle while it’s returned.
Other than that the process was seamless. All I had to do was drop my vehicle and they took care of it. And a rental vehicle was ready waiting at the same place. Also they had my car washed and cleaned inside. So would still give them 5 stars.
