Rental car was so dirty you could not see the real color of the car. Had to use my phone to figure out the little rubber button at the top of the license plate. Poor customer service.

Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and courteous from the beginning. But Glenda, especially, heard my concern with completing the work within the week and did her best to make that happen. (I'm sure others went out of their way as well.) Glenda also communicated with me well so that I wasn't left wondering what was going on and thinking I should call and find out. I didn't need to. And the work done was perfect, back to new condition. The whole thing was a great experience. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. My car looked brand new when I was finished in a very short amount of time. Vacuuming the interior was unexpected and such a nice touch to make this experience exceptional. While I never hope to send a vehicle there again, I'm assured that there is a body shop that I can trust to take good care of my vehicle. I definitely will recommend to others who are in need of a body shop.
