Everyone I interacted with at Ray Brandt during the repair process was absolutely incredible and kind. Brooke was calming and helpful immediately after my collision and guided me through the process. I had excellent customer service throughout my experience with Ray Brandt.

Additional work is required that should have been easily identified by the staff (like paint on a window), and in an effort to minimize the number of new parts, other parts were damaged in their reutilization. I will now have to schedule another time to get these repairs done, schedule another rental car and generally disrupt what I thought was a completed job, considering the number of times Ray Brandt rescheduled the completion day.
