There were a couple of items I had issues with. I still can not use my radio, gps, etc as there was a security pin needed that i did not initiate. There was a layer of sand on the upholstery and items in the vehicle. There were also a couple of places where the pieces were not snapped in appropriately. The vehicle also smells like the paint and has caused some sinus isses. I will have to bring the vehicle back to unlock it which is more time and energy.

It took 10 days longer to fix my car then the target date because of a damaged part which no one had it overnight replaced and that is not something we are understanding well seeing that this is what you specialize in and for toyotas, and it was not even a 2015. Another issue is that on the initial conversation once the paperwork was signed and sent we made it clear that there was a soda stain on the passenger seat from when my husband was taking a drink during impact and I was told that was going to be taken care of and granted the rest of the interior was spotless, this specific spot we were concerned about was not. We already had to go Through taking a day off work to pick up the car because we live out of town from the repair shop and needed to make sure it drive correctly before taking it home because our sons Christmas gifts was a trip which we leave for today and luckily the car was ready in time. We chose Ray Brandt because this is where we did business before, but this was not the same. The staff is and was very pleasant and helpful though.
