I am again very impressed with TCC. As a Christian, it is very nice to come into a work environment and see a very obvious Christian based theme. That is rare in today's society and I respect you for projecting that to your customers. From a admin and workmanship standpoint, TCC has been the easiest repair/insurance experience that I have had. The staff is courteous and efficient and the workmanship is very high quality. I was very pleased and surprised to see, the quality of workmanship in such a short time but also the attention to detail like detailing the truck before delivering it back to me. I am a retired military member and have moved back to Stow. I base the companies that I use and recommend on honesty and quality and can say that I will not only be working with you again in the future, but will also recommend you to any of my friends and students. Professional and dependable

Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. My car was able to be in the shop within a few days, and they communicated what was going on very well throughout the whole process. I really like how they work with enterprise as well since that makes the rental car process a lot easier.
