I scheduled an appointment for Monday to have my electric left rear view mirror replaced. The male tech who I spoke to on the phone said they had the part in stock and said he would set it aside with my name on it so it would be here on Monday. I verified that it was the electric mirror because they (this same dealer) upgraded the mirrors when I bought the truck. He said yes he had the electric mirror. When I arrived for my Monday appointment the female salesperson (who looked for the part by VIN number) said they didn’t have the mirror and would need to order it. I was frustrated. It seemed like one hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing. I asked her if she was looking for the right part? My mirrors are electric. She looked some more. (I’ve now been waiting for almost an hour. I left my truck with her and went to lunch). While I was at lunch she called to say they found the electric mirror but did not have time to install it. So we rescheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday I arrived and after they took my truck apart the sales person (Hanna) said they didn’t have the electric mirror. She said they didn’t know it was electric and accused me of changing out the mirrors from the stock mirrors the truck came with. I was upset. Now I’m being blamed for this problem. I said your company put the electric mirrors on when I bought the truck. I’ve also told two different people over the last 5 days that they were electric. I asked, how many people do I need to tell that the truck has electric mirrors. They apologized and said they would order the part and let me know when it would be in. After waiting for 10 minutes for an answer as to when the mirror would be available, I went up to the sales person (Hanna) and asked her to check with the first person I talked to who said he had the electric mirror set aside for my Monday appointment. How many male salesmen could there be? 5 min later Hanna came back and said they found the part and were installing it now. Not including the first 30 minutes because I did get there 30 min early. The **** hour appointment ended up taking 2 ****/2 hours but they got it done.

This body shop went way above and beyond for me and I am eternally grateful. They were always in contact and informative. Then when I recieved my car it was looking and driving amazingly ! I appreciate each person who had a hand in working on my vehicle even the ladies in the office they are amazing girls! 100 out of 10 is what I would rate them all!

My car was returned with patches of paint gone. I was asked to sign the final papers BEFORE I was shown my car. There are places where the paint is gone. Did note this to the customer service agent.
