You were to have fixed the left rear side just above the tire. We payed you to fix it and we drove the car to the dealership who was buying the car. On the ride the piece popped out and and we lost $250. On the sale! The is very aggravating because we specifically paid to to fix it! The proble had been caused by a deer that ran into the side of the car.

The repair was fine but the car still smells 2 weeks later from the cleaner inside.
My car is not clean inside. It seems as if it was repaired with the windows down or it got really dirty. It was wiped down but you can see the streaks of dirt so if needed a good clean. I wiped my finger in the glove box and it’s dirt. The baby blanket I left in there has so much dirt on it and there was still trash and the floor mats were dirty. For $9,000 in repairs you would think it could atleast come back clean and not stink for 2 weeks. I have aired it out but still prefer to drive my other car until my husband takes it to get cleaned. When I did drive it. It smelled so bad I got a headache. I don’t like writing reviews if I’m. It satisfied. I don’t want a call back or to fix it. Just letting you know.
