I have to go back Friday to get the seal on the fender replaced. Ironically that was the only area of the car that needed repair. I can't believe the people working on the door didn't report and replace that piece. I live 14 miles away and now I have to go back and forward to get something done that should have be done in the 9 days my car was kept for repair . Also everyone from the repair area was gone even when clients were there picking up the cars right at 5:00 pm . Very dissappointed Since the repair was not huge nor complicated and it took the shop 9 days for the shop to do a mediocre job. I will have to share with the insurance company who referred us to you.

I picked up my husbands car today. When he got home he looked at the bumper and was not happy with the paint job. It is wavy looking, not smooth. His friend who own a car dealership saw it and said it was a poor job. I did not notice it because it was very sunny when I picked it up.

Extremely courteous staff. Excellent work; car looks like nothing ever happened to it. The bill was 30 under estimate and the car was ready a day sooner then stated. Plus there were daily updates via text on the cars status! Tell me where else you can get this type of service these days? That's again universal collision!!
