Everyone was excellent and I loved the daily status update.
The work on the damage on my car was fine, but service breakdowns left me with very little faith Iin your store. To elaborate, the first time I came in you were not ready to take my car, even though I had explained everything to the person that made the appointment for me. When I did drop off the car, the person taking it in was very harsh on pointing out all the pre-existing flaws of the vechicle that I just purchased. After that evertything was fine
William told me over three times that called me to tell me when the car was ready .. I didnt receiv no call from him I had to call him three times.
The door from inside the car on the driver side was all dirty grease.
Finally I want to thank you the worker at the month (I dont remember the name)He gave me my car after the office closed and he was very sympathetic for me.

too much time was used up waiting for parts, in my opinion, because no one followed up enough.
I told Freddy the first time we talked that I wanted my stepping stones out of the trunk. His staff took them out and refused to put them back unless I "absolutely insisted". I don't understand why my car wouldn't have easily unough carried all that weight.

Universal Autobody should not e-mail estimates of day and time of completion if they are not going to abide by them. It's a waste of time to go to to your shop to pick up a car based on the estimated completion time only to be told the car will be finisheed one day later.
