In my lay opinion it took too long to finish the job. 16 days. That timeframe significantly impacted me since I had no second car and was literally trapped at home for that time. On the plus side the people there were very nice and friendly, and the repairs were done extremely well (although one item was not replaced under the engine and I had to return a second time to get that fixed). I would suggest the possibility of keeping loan-out cars for those single one-car people like me. I would still recommend the business because of the quality of the work.
