The work was not as good as expected. Had I kept the car I would’ve brought it back. Also, when I picked the car up, it had not even been washed. Even the service center across the street washes the vehicle when it was in for service. Sadly, I will not be a return customer.

Car was picked-up June 3rd. Today is Aug 8th. The car is still missing a tow cover and a left rear taillight that was damaged during the repair. There has been no communication from Bell Collision as to when the repair will be completed. I have made several attempts to get a status and have been unsuccessful in getting a call back. Even went to the shop and was not able to see anyone to get a status. I was told by the front receptionist possibly the problem is the parts are still on order. The problem is no communication!! The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I would like to get my car completed so I can move on.

The quality of the work done on the finish blending of the hood wasn’t done very well and my passenger side fender liner has now been ripped off because it was in properly installed.

Shannon as a point of contact person was very professional. When she didn’t know the answer she was sure to say she would check and was able to answer all my questions. Really can’t say enough about the professionalism of your group. Even the person on the front desk on Saturday morning was very helpful. Unfortunately I had to be a bit forceful to get my daughter's fixed on priority. I had many broken promises (misunderstanding?) which no clear deadline. Regardless, the car repair was ok, the paint was great but I had correct some minor mistakes, such as hood cable conduit passing in the wrong path, headlight missing a base support. In general, the car repair was satisfactory and Bell Collision was able to accommodate my special requirements and needs. That was a huge plus in this whole ordeal. Thank you, Marcos B
