You didn’t work on my car,,, it was a drop off there however another company came and picked that car up because it was totaled and you didn’t work on it at all and I have no idea why you keep asking me about it. It seems like the left-hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing organization ,,,, So if you want to know how satisfied I am on your company, I think it lacks communication amongst your workers and your staff

Someone used a paint pen to mark spots on my bumper. I understand the marks, I think, but I don’t understand why they were not removed before I picked up my car.
