I was okay not excited. Lack of communication on when my vehicle basically ceased after 9/30/22. Unsure if that was due to staff change. Also my backup warning sensor does not work on my car after the repair.

It would be nice if they would keep the client informed on the status of their vehicle. Instead of the client calling to find out. Also my lug knot for my tire was never put back. I informed the person in charge of my car and I still haven't got my lug nut returned. Hope I Don't get a flat cause if I do I'll be very upset.

I spoke with the manager already about the issue. My side mirror was never addressed & both of the door seals are falling off. I live out of state, so now I have to take the car in Again! To repair something that should have been fixed, & something that should have been done well to hold beyond a couple days

Great work. A little clarification on google on which number is the body shop would help. The staff and work was excellent and I was more than satisfied. They even cleaned my car which I was not expecting. Thanks!

Reliable Chevrolet did a great job! The process all together was done faster than I thouhht. I want to give a shout-out to Steve Vigil, the Service Manager at Reliable Nissan, for taking care of my situation and getting me in with Reliable Chevrolet so quickly! The service manager prior to him was terrible and kept me hanging with no help. I would recommend both Reliable Chevrolet and Reliable Nissan.
