There were items clearly not fixed..... simple things like a front flap that clearly was broken off when it arrived. I mean you got almost 15 grand to fix the car and still things were lacking. Windshield could've been replaced, clearly a giant crack from top to bottom that. Just not satisfied from start to finish. Also took over 3 months to fix. Barry was good with communicating, so there's a plus at least. But I definitely won't be recommending anyone to come there. I should have done my research more before just taking my car here.

Extremely professional, courteous and most of all, responsive to my inquiries about my appointment and having my car completed. Maggie went above and beyond to handle all my concerns and eased them with detailed explanations and empathy. A car accident is never a fun experience but Maggie made it a breeze. I appreciate the hardwork of the mechanic as my car looks as good as out of the factory. I was overall amazed how quickly my car got in and started repairs, the whole team got my car back to me sooner than any other shop I called prior. This team needs to be recognized, from the quick response from the front desk, the tow truck that picked me up promptly and dropped me off at the rental, Maggie's updates and effort,I never favored big dealerships but this changed my mind. I'd come back in a heartbeat due to the kindness and overall service. Thank you.
