Person assigned to me didn’t keep me updated as requested and never provided the revised cost estimate as things progressed. He was gone when I came to pick up the car and staff just let me sit until I asked if someone would take care of me.

We were working with Anthony. We were told repairs would take 5-7 days unless more damage was found. They did find more damage and repairs took 15 days total. I could handle the fact that it took longer but the lack of communication was not acceptable. I asked for pictures of the extra damage and got 4-5 pictures that didn’t show anything I considered extra damage but with no communication, I couldn’t tell you what that damage was. Not happy at all how we were treated and this will affect our decisions for any further purchases from Nissan.
