Before Diego took over my case the other guy really screwed up as my car sat for 5 weeks and nothing was done.
Maggie was fantastic! I had to leave the country and she took care of everything while I was gone and had my car ready a day earlier than I had asked!

She kept me informed and got my car in to be fixed after the previous advisor/estimator failed to do the bare minimum for TWO weeks.
She turned what could have been a bad experience into a good one and helped me leave that numb in the road behind!
The day they wanted to give my car back is when they said “your drivers door weirdly doesn’t open from the inside” so I asked them to fix it because obviously it wasn’t like that before. I got my car 3 days later but they didn’t think to check the passengers door and now that’s still not working. Plus there’s scrapped parts of my shift that they didn’t replace, cuts in my seats from the broken glass they didn’t fix, and there were 2 or 3 sharp pieces of metal left in my car from I don’t even know what. They didn’t keep me updated through out the whole 2 months they had my car. I would call and leave multiple voicemails just asking for an update and it wasn’t until I contacted my insurance that they returned my call. There are pictures of my car in their lot and my vin on a Chinese website and they didn’t know how they got the pictures and also just didn’t seem to care to look into it. If their company system was hacked or anything.. they just all around did not care.
Yes I was Barry did a great job communicating with me every handful of days giving me updates which I loved. He worked hard to get me my vehicle when I needed it too

Worst experience I've ever had with a car repair. To get updates on the status of repair I had to reach out and ask for an update. When estimate was done and I came in to sign paperwork to allow repairs to begin I made it clear that I needed to know how long it was so I could adequately plan for however long I was going to be without a vehicle. Was told 3 weeks. Took 2 months for first set of repairs. Took three weeks for you to you even start and of course somehow it was because the parts didn't get there. I worked in auto parts delivery for a few years in the past and have went through a couple used cars in the last year and had to order tons of parts and none ever took more than a week. The first estimate that took 2 months you only billed 20 something hours of Labor. Unsure how you missed that the entire subframe need to be replaced when you did all the initial work but somehow you did. I've never in my 43 years been so angry with any company I've ever done business with that I felt that I had to come down there and make a complete scene like an insane person like I did after the first bit of work was done. Second estimate had roughly 20 something hours more of Labor to get done but somehow that was done in 2 weeks. I only wish I had went down there and started screaming and yelling like I did weeks before I did it. Apparently that's the only way to get you to get things done in a timely manner. And the cherry on the top of the incompetent lie filled sundae was that you tried to add in fixes to the rear of the vehicle when the vehicle was damaged in the front. This actually led to the insurance company contacting me asking me what's going on I've never experienced in many many accidents I've been in and had to deal with insurance repairs. I will absolutely never recommend your business to anyone and I will go out of my way to inform anyone I can of how horrible your business is and to avoid it like the plague. I had to spend over $3,200 on rental cars because of how long it took you to fix my vehicle leaving me, a single father having a difficult enough time raising my 14 year old daughter, fired from my job because I couldn't afford the rental anymore the last week it was getting fixed and therefore unable to show up to work at all. Which has now led to me having no choice but to break the lease in my apartment which will leave me no choice but to file bankruptcy. Certainly great for my daughter who started High School this year for me to have nothing for school clothes or to pay for any club sports or activities my daughter wanted to get into. If this was my business I would be so **** ashamed. If I ever saw Barry out in the street it would take every ounce of resolve in me not to punch him right in the face. Not that you'll give a **** or do anything about it but thanks for completely **** me because you can't **** tell the truth. Because if you had then I could have adequetely planned knowing that I couldn't afford two and a half months of a rental car. If it wasn't for the fact that good people would probably lose their jobs and be screwed like me I'd say I wish your business would go bankrupt. I don't even understand how you have any customers and only wish I had looked at the Google reviews before I assumed that because you were on the list of preferred shops with my insurance that meant

There were items clearly not fixed..... simple things like a front flap that clearly was broken off when it arrived. I mean you got almost 15 grand to fix the car and still things were lacking. Windshield could've been replaced, clearly a giant crack from top to bottom that. Just not satisfied from start to finish. Also took over 3 months to fix. Barry was good with communicating, so there's a plus at least. But I definitely won't be recommending anyone to come there. I should have done my research more before just taking my car here.
