Hi therr! ???? Hi, yeah, Diego & his team did a fantastic job,,repairing my car,,every detail was addressed,,,the body work was excellent!! I wasn't completely satisfied,,they need to follow- up each week,, it took them a month to replace a bumper & a hood,,on my little car! It seemed like an awfully long time to do a couple simple things on a small car!! I didn't have the money to pay the rental place,,if it went over a month! & the rental doesn't have insurance on it- some one hits me without insurance,,,it's another claim on my insurance,,so there was definitely anxiety,,waiting a month- it took 28 days,,to fix it! However, it's a " volume" thing- they have alot of cars to work on,,they're a popular collision center- & they need to call each week- I had to call them- 1st 2 weeks,,,his assistant followed up last 2 weeks! So,,it's a big city thing,,noones fault- just the way it is, right? So, Diego & his team did a fantastic job on the car- I would use abc Nissan again,,& Diego was a really nice,,friendly guy, who didn't mind helping me,,himself,,& explained everything in great details about what was happening with my car! Lots of businesses anymore,,don't ever answer their phones! So,,thanks again for a job well done,& being there for me Diego! Have a great weekend! ???? tiffiny

I actually had some fluid leaking out of the front end of the vehicle which seems to have stopped. Is it worth having you take a look at. Car is not overheating, maybe I used the heater and that caused it? I basically do not want to close my insurance claim until I know it is nothing.

What I said before, waiting one month for my car to be fixed is outrageous. It was a huge dent and needed painting. No parts needed to be ordered. Please find a way to make the ETA a lot sooner.

I still don’t have my Ford back! You still have my vehicle and receiving a satisfaction survey when you still have my vehicle is borderline offensive.
