The staff at Varsity Collision was polite, courteous and professional in handling my 2017 Escape repair. Not only was the damage professionally repaired and completed 4 days ahead of schedule, saving me another week of rental car fees. Varsity Collision has repaired my Ford vehicles in the past with the same attention I received on this repair. Kudos to all of the Collision Professionals and staff at Varsity Lincoln Mercury. I am pleased that Farmers Insurance works closely with Varsity Collision, as well. I will continue to use Varsity Collision as my primary automobile repair facility. Kind regards, Dave Lucchett

The body work seems great. The time it took seemed very excessive, given the repair. Also, don’t give a customer one estimate, if it’s possible it will drop to the point of no longer being covered by insurance. You quoted us about $1143. Our deductible is $1000. But we filed a claim for it because it allowed us to get a rental. We get the rental.....4 days later, the estimate drops to $843. Now we are stuck with the $50 a day rental because you never told us the price could drop because Farmers makes you use preowned parts, if possible. Your estimate should have left room for that. And it should not have taken 4 days for you to tell us that. Wait, you didn’t tell us. Our insurance adjuster became aware of it and she called and told us! Will never return to your collision shop again.

This is my second excellent expierence with Varsity(2008 Edge)..Starting with receptionists, estimating , updating status and always find a way to finish ahead of schedule !! Workmanship car looks brand new!!! Great job everyone!! Manfred M

Not a fan of Enterprise rental service. Their attitude of service needs help, from the time I wasted having to wait for anyone to actually be in the office when I set up the rental and having to make several calls to finally talk to someone who could do it, they waited on another customer because he was standing while I waited so long I finally sat down but thought it was pretty obvious I had been waiting awhile longer than the customer they waited on. They also tried charging me for the rental instead of checking with AAA when I had made it clear from the beginning it was taken care of by AAA. As for Varsity, every email or message was addressed to my husband even though the car being repaired is mine, is in my name, the email address is mine, please I had arranged to rent a car from Hertz but somehow ended up with Enterprise, when I returned the rental, they moved it from the parking lot even though it was obvious in the backseat I had my handicapped sister with me and still needed to remove her items and needed to go in search for the car. Mostly not pleased with Enterprise, is this how they treat women as second class citizens, or does everyone get this service? Varsity did a good job with my car. Marian Pritchard (not ****)

Great experience. The car got repaired fast and was nice and clean. All of the people we dealt with were very courteous and professional. I would recommend this business.
