The Varsity Lincoln team hit a grand slam. Cyrrah was SO compassionate and reassuring in our first conversation moments after my hit and run. And things got even better after that! Consistently, team members offered to do anything to help and encouraged me to call if I needed anything. Text updates keep me informed of progress and made me feel like a valued “family” member. The messages were informative and friendly. Work was completed two days early. It was so nice to pick up a freshly “detailed” and repaired vehicle. From start to finish, this was by far the BEST dealership experience ever...and I’ve had what I thought was excellent service. You have set a new standard. Actually it was my car I brought in, Lynne. From the time I met with Domonic, he was fantastic! He made my horrible experience with a guy rear ending me at a red light.
