I was disappointed that after the initial estimate and approval by USAA, the body shop found a lot more and we had to wait for that to be submitted and approved. Caesar was nice to deal with and responsive to my calls and questions. It took over a month to repair and I was without a
car. Your department did a good job if I can just get the T to stay on CRES .

Post repair there was a scratch made a by driver side back tire which seemed like a new fresh painted over as quick fix. I was never found previous to the dropping the car off and the body shop keeping the car nearly 30 days. The repair on repair was requested and agreed to repair but the center is not returning my call or pick up the call.
