I was very impressed with the communication during service as well as follow up after my vehicle was complete. Lincoln did a wonderful job ensuring the work was done correctly. I know they couldn't wash my car because it was just painted but I feel that has nothing to do with cleaning all the sanding dust from the inside of the vehicle. The inside of my car was awful.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Tony was very nice, great to work with, and he kept me updated throughout the process. I will definitely come back if I need services again. I will say though, this is now the third survey to come through. The first one was a couple questions and I thought that would be the only one, then the second one came through and was the detailed survey, so I was sure to provide all the positive feedback, then this one came through and is the third survey, it’s too many! Just send the second survey with the detailed questions because not everyone will fill out 3 surveys. Other than corporate sending too many surveys, everything was fantastic.
