Special thanks to Alex and front desk (girl working on weekends, so sorry forgot her name) they were so nice and patient with my questions. It’s my first time handling a car repair for a damage I didn’t do. It was overwhelming coordinating stuff from my end but the crew were so easy to work with. I hope they get more business and quality customers to match their quality service.

Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. Zach was especially helpful and knowledgeable and explained every step very thoroughly to me. Car looks great. I was also impressed that they worked with Enterprise car rental on my behalf and worked directly with State Farm on the insurance claim taking away that stressor away from me. Great job everyone!!

My car was delivered to the shop in full working order. Minor damage to the driver side door was repaired satisfactorily, however, calibration issues caused a delay in completion and ultimately the car had to be towed to the dealership because it was not functioning. While most of the communication from Crash Champions was effective, communication on the day of pick up was misleading. I was sent a text that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived, the person handling my car repair, was away at lunch along with the manager. The front desk staff put a call out to the person overseeing the repair to locate the keys. The interior of the care had not been cleaned. I reported this to the front desk staff member and she said I would have to wait until they returned from lunch. During the phone call there apparently was no instruction that I should not drive the car and should wait for their return back to the facility from lunch. I was given the keys and drove away, but within a half mile or so, the electric vehicle was inoperable. There were complications with the repair related to calibration, but again my vehicle was in full working order when it was driven to the facility for repair of the door, and following repairs was not drivable due to electric calibration issues and loss of electric power.

I was happy with my experience. Everyone was helpful. I loved the Text updates that was the best!

The car makes a strange noise when it passes through an unevenness or high surface, I don't know if something was broken or damaged inside that they didn't think would cause conflict. In addition to that, the piece they replaced looks slightly raised and more separated compared to the other end and on the part of the tires the plastic that covers the top of the tire looks bent and is hung

Very nice people & finished Sat instead is Sunday very pleasant people to work with, Very different from enterprise Right down the road. Seemed to have the same issues Enteeprise was having , lack of expected employees, some software glitches, etc., but never slowed crash down a bit that I could see, while while enterprise made excuses and halfhearted apologies.

Looks like new Work was completed faster than quoted
