Your customer service, mainly the front desk in the body shop, is not good. My appointment was not scheduled and their friendliness is lackluster. They do not respond to customer needs unless the customer is angry. I will probably not shop at Red Mccombs for my next vehicle.

Greg was great to work with!! Very attentive and ensure me my car would be taken care of. Greg and Red McCombs Collision Center made dealing with an unfortunate accident much easier than it could have been!! I loved that they worked seamlessly with my insurance and the car rental business as well! I only wish the estimate could have been more accurate as I planned to have the rental for two weeks and filled it up with a tank of gas that I wasn't able to use or get reimbursed for.
