Truck still not fixed properly, this has been since February. I would not recommend this Body Shop any longer to anyone, unfortunately

This is my third visit this year due to parking lot incidents that have been not my fault but have been very stressful and add lots of extra work for the customer due to COVID and all workers being remote.
Duck Hannah Body Shop in Vancouver WA has done a terrific job on my car the last 3 times I’ve had to take it in for 3 separate incidents. The front desk area is very kind and friendly. Everything from start to finish was communicated through text and emails. I never felt any stress from this part of the experience... the car looks beautiful ???? and I always feel good at the end of the repair...Everyone there makes you feel valued and like you are family there!!! Repairs are perfect ????????

Staff was wonderful!
Only problem was having to pay out of pocket for rental an extra week due to damaged new hoods delivered twice. I am however thankful that **** Hannah picked up the 4 days that went beyond the 2-week mark.

It took longer to get my car back, one of the workers had bumped into my car, and broke a peice off. Yes they fixed it they had to order a new part, and I couldn't get my car back for another 5 days.
