The repair took longer than expected, 3 weeks vs **** week, even though we paid in advance for parts and waited for arrival before dropping off the car. Each week in the shop we heard about yet another part missing, and another week waiting for it. causing a longer wait. MV Body Shop could do better here. However, we appreciated the frequent text updates and thought the high quality of repair was great. We also really appreciated that the car was washed and cleaned inside and the battery was charged before returning the car to us. Thank you!

I had to replace the battery since it was dead. Check engine light and traction light are on. The engine was detailed but at the same time vacuum hoses were disconnected and air intake hose broken car runs like **** nothing like it was! I’m not happy at all and don’t want to do business with you ever. Im **** out of luck worst experience ever

I'm finding too many problems that I am starting to doubt the overall quality of your work. For example, (****) the rear liftgate pull handle was completely misaligned when the car was delivered (problem addressed); (2) the liftgate interior panels were loose and later verified clips were broken during assembly/disassembly (parts are in order); (3) valance panel was painted together with the bumper cover as if they were a single unit (this is not the way to do things properly!); and (4) the paint job has visible imperfections that need be corrected. When talking to the manager, Andrew, he said the paint issue (4) can be easily corrected with 'sanding & polishing' without the need of repainting given the small area affected by the over spill. However, if the result is not to my liking he would repaint the bumper cover. I agreed to take the car back when the interior panels arrive (2). On the valance issue (3), he is trying to convince me the problem is barely visible but if that bugs me a lot, he would need to remove the bumper cover and valance to be repainted. At this stage, I will wait for see the outcome of 'sanding & polishing' before I decide to have the whole thing redone.

It was completely negligent of them to not keep the car charged to a level that wouldn’t have drained the 12V battery. Imagine taking you pet to a vet for surgery and having the surgery completed, but the animal not fed and dying of starvation when discharged. Repairing teslas is not the same as caring for them. Would they have left the headlights on for weeks on an ICE that was being repaired?
