Vandergriff Collision was awesome! Nelson was super easy to work with and very informative. All he staff was friendly. And the tech that did my body work was AMAZING! I didn't catch his name, but he did wonderful work; wouldn't ever guess my truck was rear-ended. Very satisfied with my experience and will definitely go back if there is ever a need.

Two items. ****) because we dropped the car off for service we were unaware of the authorization form, which slowed down the start of the repair. 2) Then the end date of the repair slipped and we weren't kept informed proactively- I had to call to find out what was going on.
To your credit, you did pay for the rental car to cover the slippage, which we really appreciate.
