I just picked up my truck today. I have to admit I was a bit impatient, as it yolk 8 weeks to complete but Gary fully explain progress bring made and the fact that additional parts needed to be ordered. Truck looked great, all frame work was done correctly and Bill did a great job with the paint work and color match. It looked better than when so bought it. Customer service was great. Colleen found my coffee cup and had it ready for pivk up. Gary has great experience and Noll and I assume the rest of your staff are on top of their Game. VERY SATISFIED

We were told our car would be done in five days. 18 days later is when we got our vehicle back. No explanation on why it took more then two weeks to repair my vehicle. Also I would call got put on hold for 20 to 30 min also had one of your representatives hang up on me I will never ever bring my vehicle to your place of business. And I will never ever recommend your shop for any services my whole experience was awful. Never ever again will I ever use your shop or any of your other shops.

I would go there again because you do seem to care but...
It took a LONG time to fix the car, when we came to pick it up - it still wasn’t fixed. The door wasn’t opening correctly. Hope it will be done tomorrow but I am going in for surgery at noon - so it’s unlikely we will be able to go back again tomorrow anyway. Wednesday?
