Service wasn’t the best hard to get to your office there’s no signage to get in from Hollister ave , you have the couches on the main entrance the truck wasn’t clean when pick it up and you charge a fortune for it , I been on other body shops and there’s a lot of difference , I was expecting a better experience with shop

the only comment I have is that communication as to timing and information needed about client paying for extra parts was not timely.
And giving better information about rental car pick up and delivery right at shop could have been communicated.
