Everything started out fine. Josh was friendly and attentive. However, there were delays in the car being ready and miscommunication and confusion. For instance, the car wasn’t ready on the late afternoon of Friday 7/19/19 as Josh promised earlier in the day. I told Josh I planned to pick it up at 5:30. I was not informed that it wouldn’t be ready until I drove partway to Goleta from Carpinteria and called to say I’d be late due to heavy traffic. At this point, Laura told me to turn around and that it would be ready on Monday. She also told me that it could be ready as early as 7:30 AM and to let her know when we preferred to pick it up. I sent a text message on Saturday saying that my husband planned to come in at 7:30 AM Monday. She texted that she did not receive the message because she doesn’t check messages on Saturday. When my husband got there, the car still wasn’t ready. So he had to make an extra trip out later in the day and this disrupted his work schedule. Then, after he picked it up, Josh forgot to take a quality control photo and left a voicemail message on my phone asking if Doug could come back tomorrow to get one. I'm traveling in Northern California as of Sunday and I asked several times, both on the phone and by text, to please communicate with him directly. However, they continued to communicate directly with me.

Everyone at Prestigious was super nice and the car looks very good. But I hadn't noticed when I picked it up today that there is a strange panel gap on the new back door that makes the door appear not completely closed. Maybe it can be adjusted or calibrated?
