Text messages were confusing causing me to come for my car before it was ready. A wasted trip. You need to fix the way you message customers. The message said my car was ready and you would call me to arrange the time. Why say the car was ready when it wasn't. It was supposed to be ready on Tuesday but wasn't ready until 4 on Wednesday.

When I left my car for repair, Chris Pappas advised me that I left my cell phone in the car. I told him I didn't need it and it could remain in the car while it was being repaired. When I picked up the car, I couldn't find the phone. Furthermore, the compartment between the front seats was jammed shut and I was unable to open it. Its possible that the phone is in that compartment. I will contact Chris on Monday morning, Oct. 31.
