From start to finish our experience with the staff of Zamora’s was great. Chris clearly explained all necessary repairs during the estimate and walked us through all the paperwork. Having an Enterprise rep onsite made for an easy and quick car rental. All work was done to satisfaction and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw that the car had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out prior to pickup. We have used Zamora’s in the past and will not hesitate to do so again if needed.

Generally, we are satisfied. However, just want to point out 2 things: ****.the car pick up date was postponed 2 times which messed up our schedule, 2. on our way home from your repair shop, we noticed that the rear window at the passenger side cannot be opened by the passenger, but can still be opened using the control on the driver's door. We did not complained about this anymore because we thought that if you try to fix it, you might even make the situation worst. Also, we didn't want to have more inconvenience of not having our car if it has to be in your shop again.
