The repairs looked great. I am sorry to report, however, that the interior of the car had not been cleaned. specifically, the seats had smudges of dirt (grease) on them and a paper floormat that was filled with dirt was left on the driver's side. It appeared as if the clean up process was skipped before the car was returned to me. I had to leave in a hurry. Otherwise, i would have walked back into the shop and insisted on the cleanup.

First time coming here. Tim Wood was amazing and let me know everything that was going on with my repairs. His customer service was an A.The drop off process was great nice to be able to drop my car off at night after hours due to there key drop off box out front. Thank you for the men who worked on my car great job guys! I only have one issue, when I picked upy car the young lady up front with long hair and glasses was not so pleasant. Not even a hello when we walked in, seemed very unprofessional for a front office person at a place of business.My car being taken care of was the most important thing and that is what was done.Again thank you Tim and the guys who fixed my vehicle.
