As I spoke to my claims rep, I had told her that the initial impact was on my passenger door, then my side view mirror. Then the truck pulled my bumper off.
When we gave County Line auto my car, we expressed the same thing. I picked up my car today, to only find my bumper, tire, and front end fixed. You did not touch the passenger door nor the side view mirror. This really upset me. Now, I have to wait to either hear back from my claims specialist or you regarding the matter, even more more upsetting. I'm not happy!

I brought my car in for an estimate on 5/6, and was told I would receive a call on 5/8 to setup drop off and other details. I never received a phone call. In fact, I had to make the call myself on 5/11. I was told the person handling everything was sick, hence the delay. Someone else should have called me and told me it would be delayed, or someone else should have handled it.
This was the only issue I had, and I would not call it a big enough issue to not use you again, or to even knock down a rating. Just something to consider ensuring it doesn't happen again.
